This significantly eliminates situations, when the result of the work is something else than what the client originally required. Clients become a part of our development team, so they are regularly informed about the progress of works within the entire project and they can regulate the direction and determine the priorities during realisation of the project to obtain the results with the corresponding quality, which will help them to continuously meet their objectives.

There are several important and globally recognised standards in the area of project management – process-oriented PMBoK (PMI) and Prince2 (OGC + APM Group Ltd.) or competence-oriented ICB (IPMA). Another ISO standard for the area of project management is ISO/FDIS 21500 using processes from PMBoK and ICB competences. In consideration of the nature of the agile approach to the application development, the most suitable methodology for project management is ICB (IPMA).
