Sprinx Systems releases a new Sprinx CRM 6 version

Sprinx Systems has released a new version of Sprinx CRM 6, a product that provides medium sized companies with a powerful customer relationship and sales activities management tool. Among the most important new features are improvements to the campaign management, new report types, improvements to the CallCenter user interface, user language selection and implementation of XML for data export.

  • Efficient campaign management. The most important improvement to Sprinx CRM 6 enables sending e-mails including response tracking. Sprinx CRM 6 is now a very powerful e-mail campaign system providing tools for direct e-mail sending to both existing and potential customers. Sending e-mails is not the only enhancement to the campaign management module. New features include copying contacts between campaigns, bulk operations and status changes.  Thanks to the enhancements, managing campaigns is faster and more efficient.
  • New report types. Reports are what makes Sprinx CRM 6 so concise and user friendly, allowing the user to view the overall status of business as well as geographical division into regions. The data that can be viewed includes sales, distribution of customers into regions, trends of these markers and more. The data can be visualized on maps (Google Map integration), which improves the value of the data and its impact. To recapitulate, Sprinx CRM 6 is not only a statistics tool, it can also provide means to constantly monitor data, capture trends and react to changes much sooner than ever before.
  • CallCenter enhancements. The operator interface has been streamlined and optimized in Sprinx CRM 6, making it possible to conclude a call faster and with a higher chance of its success.
  • Export format change. The export format has been changed from CSV to XML (Microsoft Office 2007) in Sprinx CRM 6. This eliminates potential incompatibility problems that haunted the CSV technology.
