Knowledge base
In addition to direct technical support all our customers are allowed to use knowledge database. There, you can find answers to frequently asked questions and where there solution of many known problems may be found. The knowledge database is available here:

Feature requests and error reporting
For reporting errors and requests on new functionality are customers may use Sprinx HelpDesk application where we can record requests and track progress of their solution. Sprinx HelpDesk application is available here:
