A version displaying all resources, day and week views, with manual date selection and event details is available for free. In addition to this, the paid version allows new calendar events to be created directly from the view, and is fully localized into English and Czech languages.

Paid version adds the possibility to create new meeting requests directly from displayed calendar. Clicking on the calendar opens Microsoft Outlook New Appointment form, with meeting organizer, start date and time set automatically based on where the user clicked. Selected resource is set automatically when  Micosoft Outlook 2007 is used.

Sprinx Meeting Room Planner is fully web based and does not require any software installation on client computers.
