Sprinx HelpDesk is a system designed to track customer requests supporting Your call centre or customer service operations. It enables their adjustment and provides statistics regarding their processing.
New request may be set into the system by operator based on a phone call with customer, based on e-mail and also by customer. Requests may also upload into the system directly from another application. Requests are automatically distributed to relevant workers who process them or pass them to another person. System gives automatically via e-mails notice of new requests or change of their statute.

System enables internal communication about existing requests inside the team as well as external communication between team and supplier.

Customers may have access to those parts of system where they are allowed to input new requests and track and communicate regarding their solution.
