Sprinx HelpDesk for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Sprinx HelpDesk for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a web application utilizing the cloud environments, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. It enables you to manage customer requirements and management of works on various projects where it is needed to monitor and manage customer services and support. Sprinx HelpDesk can manage the whole life cycle of any request recorded, from the request all the way to the solution and till the problem is solved. Requests are automatically distributed to relevant persons who process them or pass them to another person. The application is integrated with e-mails and enables, among other things like sending an automatic confirmation or warning e-mails and automatically process incoming e-mail communications from customers

The goal of Sprinx HelpDesk is to make the management, planning and recording of various service activities and customer care easier. It concerns of any projects where you need to track customer communication and watch the response time to these demands. Sprinx HelpDesk also contributes to increase the effectiveness of these activities and supports the business for which the customer care is a key issue.

Sprinx HelpDesk for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an integration tool that enables you to process customer’s requests easily directly from Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.CRM user then has information about customer requirements and the status of their solution, HelpDesk enables you e.g.to create automatically a transparent accounting for particular customers, or automatically assign requests sent by email to the customer in CRM.

You can get Sprinx HelpDesk online full version for 30 days for free. It is not necessary to buy Sprinx HelpDesk, but a monthly fee as an online service is charged. Operating costs are very low and therefore it is possible to plan them well ahead. However, based on the client`s request Sprinx HelpDesk can also be installed on the client's server.
