SprinxCRM Premium Pack

The SprinxCRM Premium Pack is an accessory package of features which enhance SprinxCRM with additional modules like: Work audit system, Proposals and support for Workflow functionality. 

Work audit system

Work audit system (SEP) is a comprehensive tool for managing and auditing work performed in a company and for creating output reports and statistics.

SEP is integrated into the customer relationship management system, SprinxCRM, and enables users to manage and monitor spending on projects attached to contacts. A project may be split into Phases and Sections and monitor spending on all of the levels.

Features:

  • Enter performed work to sections of projects
  • Create transparent reports of performed work based on your criteria (based on phases, worker, team leader, sales person...)
  • Define work types and user access to different sections
  • Display all modifications of projects, phases and section on the Change history tab
  • Send e-mails automatically to project managers with a summary of work performed with a possibility to reject the work
  • Track performed work using the Sprinx Sprinx PTimer application
  • Schedule reports to be send to workers, phase leaders, project managers and other users based on your settings

Proposals

The Offers module enables CRM users to create offers for individual customers. The offers are based upon items in a pricelist which is stored in the CRM. Offers are stored in the customer’s profile on a separate Offers tab. Offers can be exported into a Microsoft Word file and sent by post, fax or e-mail.

You can use the Offers module to simplify and speed up your company’s business activities when creating offers and enhances the CRM with more customer-specific and activity-specific data.
