Effectively shared and accessible e-mail communication with your customers will save you the time you would spend looking for an email that a customer has sent your colleague or that your colleague has sent to your customer. Automated synchronization of the calendar and emails including attachments saves your time spent on archiving or double storing. As the synchronization works both ways, you can choose between using the SprinxCRM environment or Microsoft Outlook, whichever is more comfortable for you.
SprinxCRM Outlook Sync is a client application used for data synchronization between Microsoft Outlook and SprinxCRM systems. Activities and tasks are synchronized both ways while sent and received e-mails are synchronized from Microsoft Outlook into SprinxCRM.
The newest version of SprinxCRM Outlook Sync 5.0 is compatible with SprinxCRM 5.0 and higher.
CRM Outlook Sync is executed automatically on program startup and the synchronization is performed at modifiable intervals for all selected items. You can also run the synchronization, either full or partial (calendar only, e-mails only) manually, using the taskbar icon.
