New features of Sprinx CRM

 
Sprinx CRM 6 

A list of new features included in SprinxCRM Version 6.0.3:

  • New product name and logo
    Starting from version 6.0.3., the product name is changed to a shorter and compact version – SprinxCRM. The product logo is also changed as is the single user version, from Sprinx CMR Start to SprinxCRM Free Edition.

  • Localization for foreign markets (USA)
    - Local format of address and phone numbers in US format
    - Multi-line address field
    - ZIP Code localization
    - Possibility to change application language for one or more users with one click 
    - Currency selection available
    - Monetary and date value formats are localized

  • Online help
    Online help with links to the manual, customer portal, knowledge base and corporate support contacts.

  • Improved features for contact import using the CRM Manager
    The CRM Manages saves a history of contact imports. You can go back to a previous import and easily restore a contact list

  • Minor changes in features and design
    - Switched company and person columns in the CRM Browser
    - New fields from IM and VoiP contacts for persons
    - A better visibility of a business opportunity thanks to a redesigned page

A list of new features included in Sprinx CRM Version 6.0.0:

  • More efficient campaign management
    Working with campaigns has gotten even more pleasant. The main new feature is mailing - you can now easily send e-mail offers to your existing and potential customers directly from the CRM environment and monitor their replies. There are also many improvements in contact management and a possibility to copy contacts between campaigns. Bulk operations and status changes have also been introduced. The new features highly improve the ease and speed of working with campaigns.

  • New report types
    Accounting and map reports have been added, enabling you to display dividing, revenue, campaign costs and trends directly in individual regions.

  • More efficient and intuitive CallCenter
    We have optimized the work interface for the operator. Thanks to this optimization, a call is conducted much faster and with greater efficiency.

  • Export format change
    We have changed the data export format from CSV into industry standard XML – Microsoft Office 2007. This change eliminates many problems with incompatible encoding.

  • User interface language
    Users can now easily change the language for their interface into CRM. At this time it is possible to choose between English and Czech.

  • State of the art technologies
    We have upgraded the CRM technology to Microsoft .NET 2.0. The new framework is a part of the installation package.

A list of new features included in Sprinx CRM Version 5.0.7:

  • The Stock functionality brings you:

Product catalogue – a clear and concise overview of your product stocks, hierarchically ordered into product groups.

Adding and removing goods from stock – an easy stock in and out procedures including creating a delivery bill for your client. All stock movement are automatically recorded and history of all the moves is available.

Document printing – create a delivery bill based on the CRM at the time of taking goods of stock. The delivery bill may be printed and used as proof of delivery.

Inventory list – use ready-to-use reports to easily review the current stock.

History - You will also be able to track history of goods delivered to customers.

  • New on-line reporting – send a note, request or a system error report directly from CRM.

A list of new features included in Sprinx CRM Version 5.0.6:

  • New Call Center features
    The lead transfer from call center to the sales department has been simplified and quality control and approval on the leads being transferred has been implemented. The operator user interface has been optimized including the interface for the phone script, thus shortening the time needed for processing calls.

  • Territory Management
    It is now possible to define any territory to region relationship, assign sales representatives to the regions and enable them to only work with customers from "their" regions. Access rights are inherited, therefore a regional manager has access to all records to which "his" representatives have access, a country manager has access to the data of the regional managers and their representatives, etc.
     
  • Accounting systems integration
    A new, general interface has been created that allows connecting Sprinx CRM to any accounting system. The interface is implemented using XML technologies and a complete documentation is available for the interface.
     
  • SEP and pharmaceutical features in English version
    Both the SEP module and Sprinx CRM Pharma have now been fully localized into English.

A list of new features included in Sprinx CRM Version 5.0.5:

  • Sprinx MapReport  - New additional module displays the revenue, profit, sales representatives’ activities, marketing costs or any other data directly on a map. The results for each region are clearly and concisely displayed and labeled. With such a clear report, it is easy to see what regions are stronger in sales and then concentrate on the weak spots. Sprinx MapReport will give you important information to make decisions on Your future investments and activities.
  • User fields groups – User defined fields on the company card can be now grouped. The layout of the company card has been rearranged so groups are visually divided from each other. Every group has its own heading.  This layout increases readability of the form when a lot of user defined fields are used.
  • Report categories – All reports in the Sprinx CRM application can be now assigned into unlimited number of categories while one report can be assigned to more than one category. User access to the reports in the given category can be limited to the specified user roles.


A list of new features included in Sprinx CRM Version 5.0.4:

  • External sales data integration – Your sales data can be imported into CRM application and  can be displayed as a table or graph directly on the customer card. There is also a summary report available to show data for all customers. For example, you can easily display product sales history for a particular customer for the last 12 months.


A list of new features included in Sprinx CRM Version 5.0.3:

  • Sprinx CRM in English or Czech – User can now select a language for the installation process as well as for the installed Sprinx CRM application. Sprinx CRM can be run in English or Czech.
  • New business registers interface – External web services interface for business registers can be now configured for each country individually. Company information can be viewed in external data source not only in Czech Republic but also in Slovakia now. More countries will follow.
  • Show on map worldwide – Sprinx CRM application now automatically selects the best map for given county to show company address on. Mapy.atlas.cz and mapy.atlas.sk are used for Czech Republic and Slovakia, Goggle Maps are used for the rest of the world.
  • Currency settings – A default currency can be now configured for Sprinx CRM application.


A list of new features included in Sprinx CRM Version 5.0:

  • Sprinx CRM embedded in OutlookSprinx CRM can be now run inside Microsoft Outlook application. User interface is accessible directly from Microsoft Outlook and there is no need to switch between windows.
  • Access from mobile client – Selected features of Sprinx CRM are accessible online by smartphone or other PDA device. Contact search, for example, can be used by a remote user to quickly and easily search for a company contact stored in CRM.
  • CRM Browser - A brand new search feature. User can search for company, person, activity or opportunity on one single screen. When a beginning of a company name is entered then all relevant companies are displayed in a list. If a company is selected then columns for contact persons, activities and opportunities are filled with contact persons, activities and opportunities related to the selected company.
  • New improved calendar – Personal calendar provides tabular view of events and offers a new drag&drop feature to easily move events just by one click of a mouse. To move a meeting from one day to another is now very easy and intuitive.
  • Private activities – Activity can be marked as private and this activity is no longer displayed to other users in the shared calendar. User can now use their calendar for both private and public activities.
  • Company and person categories – Companies and persons can be assigned to categories. There can be unlimited number of categories in the system and one subject can be assigned to one or more categories. Category can be indicated by a graphic symbol on the company card.
  • Microsoft Outlook 2007 synchronization – There is a new Sprinx CRM Outlook Sync application to synchronize events, tasks and activities between Sprinx CRM and Microsoft Outlook. This version of Sprinx CRM Outlook Sync is fully compatible with Microsoft Office 2007.
  • Missed call message – New feature to send a missed call message when a called person is not present. Assistant that handles incoming phone calls can send an email message with a link to relevant contact in CRM just by a single click.
  • Accounting integrationSprinx CRM can be easily integrated with accounting systems Money S3, Abra, Pohoda or Omega. There can be a list of received and issued invoices or total turnover on the customer card. Integration can be extended to other accounting systems or ERP systems on demand.
  • Intergation to ARES and Justice – When a new company is created user can enter only ID and other company data are automatically downloaded from the ARES register of Czech Treasury Department. Another option is to search company by ID or by company name in the Justice register of Czech Department of Justice. Validating data against official register improves quality of information in CRM and saves time.
  • Access control to contacts – Access to contacts and activities can be controlled by user groups. If needed business team can be divided to groups that can not see contacts and activities of the other groups.
  • English versionSprinx CRM can be run in English language. More languages can be added on demand.
  • Task delegation – Tasks can be now delegated to other person and a task completion can be then monitored.
  • New reports – Application contains a set of new reports. One of them is a graphical representation of a sales pipeline. Report displays a number of opportunities in certain phases.
  • Sprinx CRM Activity Gadget  - Do you need to have an overview of all activities in your sales department? Do you want to read the email from the most important customer even before your sales manager does? You can have all the activities from your CRM directly on your desktop. With the Sprinx CRM Activity Gadget you can easily see a couple of the last events or tasks from your Sprinx CRM (see picture bellow). Just one click and you can see a detail with all the important information.
